The Hangzhou International Textile and Apparel Expo (HZTF) grandly opens under the dual empowerment of the "Capital of Chinese Women's Wear" and the "Global Capital of E-commerce."

More than 500 cross-border e-commerce enterprises have an annual transaction volume of 174 billion yuan, and a 78% livestream e-commerce penetration rate makes this the center of traffic and monetization. The "one-hour" supply chain ecosystem built in linkage with the whole province, relying on smart factories, can achieve "24-hour ultra-fast replenishment orders." A massive number of foreign trade enterprises leverage the "Belt and Road" to drive an average annual export growth of 8%, forming a full-chain closed loop from R&D to going global.
